Lay the Wood Out West With Monday Night Fitz

It's bounce back time tonight on Monday Night Football Fitz for Carson, Bruce and the 4-2 Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals are bouncing back from the old West Coast squad playing on the East Coast in a 1:00 PM local time contest last week, where they let a halftime lead slip away to Mike Vick's injury replacement Landry Jones.

This is a much better Cards team then we saw last week on the East Coast. On the offensive side of the ball, Carson Palmer and the boys boast a prolific passing attack which has allowed them to toss 14 passing touchdowns in their 6 games this season. Tonight's opponent, the Baltimore Ravens, happen to boast one of the worst passing defenses in the league. AZ's offensive aerial strength and Baltimore's defensive aerial weakness sets the table for a 30-plus point night out of my brother Larry and his teammates tonight. Just don't expect my BBW JB to get to involved in the 30 spot.

Joe Flacco and the Ravens have been able to hang some points on the board in their losing efforts. However, with all due respect to Cincy, this is the best defense they've played against since week 1 when they could only muster up 13 points against the Broncos. No way Flacco, along side a nicked Steve Smith and a containable Justin Forsett, is able to score more than 13 points against this tough Cardinals unit.

Lay the big wood with bounce back Cards at home tonight.

Jameis Skins The Hogs On The Road

Jameis Winston is not used to the position that he's been put in this season.  For the first time in his life he isn't the story, he isn't the favorite, and his team is not the best.  After a storied collegiate career that some may say was overshadowed by stealing a few crab legs, Winston finds himself in football nowhere.  Florida is a football hotbed, but the professional franchises have been anything but as of late.  Jags have stunk ever since TC left, Dolphins have been nothing since Marino traded in the pads for an Anthony's apron, and the Bucs haven't sniffed success because they couldn't find a QB.  But it looks like things are about to change in Tampa.

Like the Bucs, Washington, hasn't found the answer at QB even though they traded 4 years of draft picks for RG3.  Kirk Cousins is currently the man, but he is anything but that.  He's awful.  His numbers aren't the worst because all they do is throw the ball down there so he's going to be putting up yards, but besides that, he stinks.

The Bucs are coming into the game off of the bye week where they had 2 weeks to prepare against a bad team.  Washington cannot stay healthy or get anything going for a full 60 minutes.  After a fantastic first half against the Jets last week they fell apart and completely shit the bed in the 2nd half.  Look for more of the same today with Winston and Doug Martin leading Tampa to a big win in the nations capital.

Titans Downfall Continues Sunday

The Falcons, coming off a disappointing loss are a very dangerous team.  It seems as though that Julio Jones is back to normal since he practiced fully all week long, which is not good news for the poet and that Titans defense.  The same Titans D that was exposed and embarrassed last week by a mediocre to bad offense last week.

The Falcons are the real deal and with a healthy and hungry offense they are quite a scary bunch.  Julio Jones comes into the contest not finding pay dirt in 3 weeks.  The running backs in Atlanta have been great but they've been over worked and a nice mix of the run and pass will help the NFL's leading rusher.  Speaking of Devonte Freeman, he should do some serious damage against this defense that let Lamar Miller look like Emmitt Smith last week.

It's time to push all the chips to the middle of the table and let those bookies know that you want Matty Ice, Julio and the Falcons an their 5.5 (inch) wood.  Because they hungry and they gunna EAT!

Clay's Week 7 Fantasy Minaj

Viagra Play of the Week - Doug Martin (Bucs RB-Draft Kings $4,900)
(This guy is guaranteed to erect your point total)

Mr. Don't Call Me Muscle Hamster! is having a solid season so far especially of late.  Martin struggled to start the season, but that obviously has to do with the fact that Tampa has a rookie QB and a very young squad around him.  Winston clearly has found the trust in Martin that the Bucs need in order to win ball games and after a week off against a bad team, the newly coined "Dougernaut" should continue to roll like the last couple of games when he dropped 28.3 and 39.8 points.

BBW - Arian Foster (Texans RB-Draft Kings $7,500)
(Blue Balls Warning - This guy will leave you painfully unsatisfied and wanting more)

The Texans are bad.  They change QB's at halftime of every game it seems like and the only consistent part of the team is the oft-injured Arian Foster.  Houston has jumped on Foster's back ever since he returned from his nasty groin injury where I think his junk basically got ripped off or something.  Foster has looked great and even led the team to a win last week over the Jags on the road!  Did I mention that the Texans are no good?  They are one dimensional and even though Foster is the best player on the team the Dolphins are coming in hot and will be ready to shut him down today.  Look for the front line of Miami to strip Foster at least once today and whoever the QB is today will have to throw the ball more then he wants.

Moped Ride of the Week - Willie Snead (Saints WR-Draft Kings $4,300)
(This guy will be fun to ride for the week but you're not going to want to brag to your friends about doing it)

With the Saints rumbling into Indy today expect a lot of points.  A lot of points means Drew Brees will be putting the ball up for grabs.  One of his favorite targets so far this season isn't Colston or Coleman, it's the Ball State product Willie Snead.  I guess Ball State is in Indianapolis so this is somewhat of a homecoming for Snead and since he's sporting the 10th highest yards per reception in the NFL, your boy is a must start in daily leagues and an obvious must pick up in all season long leagues.

What About the Green Dogs??

Somewhere in Mass, some masshole working in the Pats social media department had a hilarious, "relevant" idea this week...

I was into it. I thought it was a pretty funny. Sure it pissed me off a tiny bit but in the grand scheme of things I'm way over the butt fumble. The Jets are a long way removed from that season and that incident. We're good now and I'm a big what have you done for me lately guy so it's all good masshole social media person, I chuckled.

What I'm not ok with is the fact that they took it down. PUT YOUR NAME ON IT! To take it down, and back down, is a coward move. And you know what happens to cowards, they can't cover the wood.

On the offensive side of the ball, you won't see any butt fumbles with Ivory and B Marsh setting the tone for the Gang Green offense today. These guys are competitors and this Jet offense will have no issues moving the ball on the Pats today.

The more marquee matchup to watch in this one today will be the Jets bad ass defense against the Pats dynamic offense. It looks like Brady, Gronk and the boys will be a little short handed this week with Neon Dion inactive, but they're the queens of the next man up philosophy so I don't think that slows them down to much. What will slow them down though will be a big day out of the Revis (#revengebangeralert)led secondary and a ton of pressure from the big boys upfront.

Take the touchdown with the best team in the AFC East today, and if you're a sicko Jet fan like myself, take them on the line also.

Viagra Play of the Week - Antonio Brown $7,900 (Steelers WR)
(This guy is guaranteed to erect your point total)

Enough is enough. I did this a couple of weeks back but I got it wrong. Antonio has to start being Antonio again. And when Antonio is Antonio he's better than his sixth most expensive price tag and his outside the top 10 ranking on ESPN weekly rankings. Get him in your lineup and trust Fitzy's obsession with his 2015 OVA.

BBW - John Brown (Cardinals WR)
(Blue Balls Warning - This guy will leave you painfully unsatisfied and wanting more)

Questionable tag...with hammy issues...and he's playing on Monday Night. No thanks. This juicy matchup isn't worth the squeeze for Fitzy. Give me ED or VJ for a little cheaper, or even his compadre Mike Floyd for way cheaper.

Moped Ride of the Week - Jordan Reed $4,200 (Redskins TE)
(This guy will be fun to ride for the week but you're not going to want to brag to your friends about doing it)

When he's on the field, he's productive. Sure it's sketchy as heck to play a dude with the injury resume of Reed but we're talking about banging a big girl in this category. Ride that hog!
