After a week off to rid the jet lag from beating down the Fish in London, Gang Green gets back to work against a depleted Washington Redskins team.
The rich get richer this week as the Jets bad ass defense gets the heavy footed pothead Sheldon Richardson back from his four game suspension. Leonard, Mo and Snacks haven't needed his help yet this year upfront, but having one of the most talented defensive lineman in the league back has to make you feel even better about their chances of making Kirk's day miserable. Even if Kirk gets it off before the boys upfront bury him he's still left to deal with Revis, Cro and the Supersonic Buster Skrine in the secondary. With some extra time to prepare, we can all expect the Jets defense to dominate today against the Redskins offense.
Ryan Fitzy and the rest of the offense are right in line to continue to build off their nice start to the first quarter of the season. As noted in my Fantasy Minaj, I think we're going to see a real productive day on the ground for Chris Ivory. After he pounds in two scores, look for Mr. Jesse James and B Marsh to get theirs against a vulnerable secondary for the rest of the points we need.
